When he got caught, were drugs on in the car? Yes. if yes, visible from out of the car? No. Was he caught for the car was noticed? No. The police noticed something about his car (not really relevant what), but this was not the main reason he was caught. Did he kill someone? No. | ||

No. They probably suspected the misdemeanour of abusing red plates, but this is irrelevant. Was the police alerted by someone else? No. Did the police pull him over because of the license plate? Technically yes, as red plates are always a bit suspicious, but only in terms of rather harmless misdemeanours.
