A police officer stops a man he's never met for driving under the influence, and while the man is clearly drunk, the officer just gives him a warning and allows him to continue. |

Was the man driving a car? Was it a dodgem car (such as found in a fair ground) or a toy car of some description? If not, was he driving a mode of transport / vehicle / something else? Was he on the public highway? If he was on a public highway: Was he the officer's favourite comedian / sportsman? If not did the have a special motive? eg favourtism / compassion? Were there extenuating circumstances? |

A police officer stops a man he's never met for driving under the influence, and while the man is clearly drunk, the officer just gives him a warning and allows him to continue. The police officer was off-duty, and playing a game of golf when he spotted the drunk man at the tee in front of him. He gave the man a friendly warning: "You shouldn't drink and drive, you'll slice every time." Nice work everyone! |
