Are these assertions correct:
There are 5 seperate rules, one for each letter in the word NASTY.
The "N" rule is that any question that can't be answered with the other four rules gets the answer NO.
The "A" rule entails all questions starting with the letter A to be answered with a capital letter
The "S" rule entails all questions starting with the letter S to be answered with the name of a state
The "T" rule entails all questions starting with the letter T to be answered with a number
And the "Y" rule enatils the answer yes in response to some qualification. Is this qualification a word starting with the letter Y, but not the letter alone?
Is there a criteria for which letter of the alphabet you answer an "A" question with? Or what number for a "T" question? or what state for an "S" question?
