From time to time, his eyes dart furtively about, and when he is sure nobody is looking, he guiltily takes a swig from the bottle. He is over 18, alone, and not an alcoholic. Is the group of people from whom he is trying to hide the fact that he is drinking the police? or is it some other formal organisation? informal? or is it just one person?
