A man is sitting in a crowded city street, hunched over a dark bottle of drink. From time to time, his eyes dart furtively about, and when he is sure nobody is looking, he guiltily takes a swig from the bottle. He is over 18, alone, and not an alcoholic. He is a generally a relatively respectable person. Explain his behaviour. |
