Are they humans? yes. Do any non-human animals oppose gay marriage???? Non-human animals do not oppose gay marriage, but it could be that Suzette was a human and Wilbur wasn't. Sorry for my question. |

Is the fact that a spouse cannot be forced to testify against their, er spouse, relevant? {(and to repeat an earlier line of questions...} Does Wilbur know personally one (or both?) of the people to be married? Does Suzette know one (or both?)? Are the gay couple famous? Have either of the gay couple comitted a crime? Has Wilbour been a victim of a crime? |

Wilbur is the victim of a crime. The perp confessed to his (now estranged) husband, who married him in New Paltz, NY, when the progressive mayor performed gay marriages, which the prosecutor is now seeking to annul so the estranged spouse can testify. This is from "Law & Order," which this time let me down. Pleasesee my new, harder puzzle at the bottom of the page. |

I was actually heading down a slightly wrong path with this, I had in my head that Wilbur was not only the victim, but also the spouse. But I think we'd have got there eventually |
