So it was obvious at the hearing from her child's age and the father's age that he had been a minor when the child was conceived and that Kimberley had, therefore, committed a crime - yes? Is there more of a crime than this? Do we need to know the relationship/ circumstances? Was she his teacher? child minder? neighbour? nurse? older schoolmate? | ||

But court officials realized during the proceedings that the father, now 18, would have been 13 when the child was concieved, making him a rape victim by law and thus Kimberly was arrested. |
