OK? All she/her the same person? same question for he/him/his? Is it important to determine what he ate for dinner? Is it the dinner itself that makes her scared? Is it important to find out how she discovered what he had for dinner? |

Has she just regained consciousness, having been swallowed whole by a giant sea monster? (I can't believe I just typed that: it's absolutely ridiculous. But one never knows.) So she and he are not human, or animal, or any simulacrum of human beings? Are they plants? Are they dolls? |

I'll post the result of the mail I sent. I had an idea he might have been a cannibal. But seeing the last posts, that is of course not so. So you guys keep guessing, I'm off to the pub. Good luck. I'll be back on Monday if it's not solved already. |

Has she just regained consciousness, having been swallowed whole by a giant sea monster? that makes for quite an image, but no. (I can't believe I just typed that: it's absolutely ridiculous. But one never knows.) the real question is, what made that come to your mind to begin with? So she and he are not human, or animal, or any simulacrum of human beings?correct. Are they plants?no Are they dolls?no |

His dinner - was it actual food, in the conventional sense? Did he actually EAT dinner? or 'have dinner' in another sense? |

is the belonging-to-a-sex construction due to the fact that you want it to be clear who is who? (I mean, the puzzle statement "All he knew about him was what he had for dinner the night before, but he was afraid for his life in his presence." is more confusing than the actual one). Or is it something else, that we would do well to discover? And I would like a clarification of this answer: When Eli asked "all he/she the same person" you wrote "Yesish, FA". That the FA has to do with them being non-human is established. Should the answer still be Yesish? Also: are they ("He" and "she") the same kind of characters? |
