There's something I do quite often. However, each time I do it, I'm a bit scared. |

Do you do it because you like to? Do you feel you need to? Or do you HAVE to do it? Does someone force you to? Is it a rational fear? Would it scare most people? Or is it a phobia specific to you? Quite often: daily? weekly? a few times a year? |

Does doing 'it' have a clear purpose? Do you achieve something by doing 'it'? Avoid something? Does it earn you money? Save you money? Does it help someone else? Is 'it' something most people do? Also on a weekly-ish basis? |

Does it make you scared of being physically hurt? Are you scared of something you may find out by doing it? If you were to explain your fears to me, would I be worried the next time I came to do it? How long does it take to do: seconds? minutes? hours? all day? Does it involve any possession/s of yours? |

Could you do this if another person was with you? If you didn't do this, would you experience consequences? Physical consequences? Mental? Emotional? Relationship consequences? Are your eyes open when you do this? Are you breathing when you do this? Does a normal person have to be a certain age to do this? Over 16? Over 18? Is it likely that the rest of us, the ones asking you these questions, do this? |

When you do it, are you scared for the entire time, or is it just anxiety that wears off once you are doing it? Does it involve heights? Does it involve talking to other people? Strangers? Talking at all? Have people always done this (i.e. two thousand years ago), or is it something that has become a regular thing recently? Pre-18th Century? 19th? 20th? 21st? Is electricty needed? Can homeless people do it if they had no access to a shelter? Could a person in a wheelchair do it with no help? |

so im guessing thats not the whole answer. your scared that a person didn't recieve your email. Does the content of the email count? Is the person important? Do you do something to ensure your email is sent and the person recieves it? To you make a hard copy of the email? or send it to your self and open it on a different computer? |

Does it have to do with anything of the following: - You expect to get a receipt that the mail has arrived? - You get error messages all the time? - It is difficult know if/when the mail has been delivered to the mailserver from the outbox? - You have a really slow/unreliable internet connection? - Your mail might bounce back by a spam filter or a virus check? |

No - It is difficult know if/when the mail has been delivered to the mailserver from the outbox? No - You have a really slow/unreliable internet connection? No - Your mail might bounce back by a spam filter or a virus check? Yes! ***SPOILER*** The reason is that whenever I send an e-mail to someone, I am strangely worried that spam filters might mistake it for spam and block it. I'm not sure where did this phobia come from... :-) |
