My first thought was rolling the tongue over to the side, or curling the tip into a W. I guess not though.... I can see how that would be fitting. On a related aside, I recently told a friend I thought there ought to be a word for words like that, sort of the equivalent of onomatopoeia but with imitating movements instead of sounds. I've seen a recent uprising of Facebook statuses announcing that someone, somewhere, has just lost The Game. Although, this puzzle has given me more appreciation for The Game, and has made me want to come up with some creative, diabolical way to announce a loss...though I doubt I'll ever top this puzzle.
