When I wrote a column about what you should do if your son wants to be a Boy Scouts, I was all ready to send it off--then I discovered that the Boy Scout Council of my state was resisting the ban. This meant that I had to write another column in a hurry, which I found most distressing. (Let's keep our priorities straight here--so to speak.) Good/bad aftermath: the National Council rejected my state's council for a review of the policy--so I CAN use my original column, after all. Please check out my new puzzle you know where. |
