Hi Lynne! did he have short legs? amputated legs? no legs? did he want to appear as though his legs were normal length? when he sat down? if he had not shortened the chair legs would his feet have been clear of the floor when he sat? did he want them to be on the floor? so that he looked to be of normal height? of the same height as others? did the chair originally have normal length legs? long legs? did something happen to him that then made him want to shorten the length of the legs of the chair? which he had previously used as it was? or was it a new chair? |
