YES *********** SPOILER *********** There was a long line of traffic stuck behind a slow moving vehicle transporting a fairground ride. We passed a speed camera facing out of the back of a police van and we said that he wouldn't be catching many people that day as we all had to do way below the speed limit thanks to the fair |
