We have figured out most parts now. Two open questions: Why did I use a bottle of water to cool my leg in the first place? And how exactly did I spill the water? Here's a RECAP: I ran into a radiator (well, actually I fell into it while I was closing a window, but Potato's guess was close enough) and hurt my leg. When I went to bed, I wanted to cool it and decided to use some cold water in a plastic bottle. However, I managed to spill most of it so that my bed was wet. |

Relevant which part of your leg was hurt? If so, thigh? Lower leg? Did you only hurt one leg? or both? Did you hurt the front of your leg? The side? The back? Was it a part that was rather hard to reach? Were you lacking a different container for the water? Did you take a bottle so that you could apply more water on your leg later the night? Do you normally take a bottle of water with you when you go to bed (for drinking)? Did you cool your leg by pouring water on it? Directly from the bottle? Was it a regular bottle for drinks? or something specific like an aerosol can? |

Did you fall asleep before taking the bottle off your leg? Not quite, but I consider this puzzle solved (: ********SPOILER******** I bumped my leg on a radiator while I was trying to close a window. Later that day, I noticed that I got a pretty big bruise and I wanted to cool it. I couldn't find any ice, so I decided to fill a bottle with cold water and put it on my leg. I went to bed with the bottle and then I almost fell asleep. I moved around, and I somehow must have squeezed the bottle so that the cap went off and the water spilled in my bed. Hence the wet bed. Nice work! And I am sorry I haven't been online for such a long time, but here I am (: |
