They: H/A/M? H/A/F? H/A/Mixed? Her: H/A/F? There: The same place "They" were? A real place? A fictional place? (While I'm at it, FYOI? FSEI? True story?) It: Getting "there"? Should "they" have been surprised to see her there? Can we call "her" Amy? (Did Amy steal the TARDIS to get herself "there"? Hehe...) |

Were some of "They" "There", where Amy was, and some of "They" elsewhere? So we have two (or more?) groups of "They"? |

Location of "there": continent / country / town relevant? Indoors? (Trapped inside Cheops Pyramid?) Outdoors? In the air? On the ground? In the water? In outer space? Geographical features relevant (in the mountains / on the seaside)? Relevant when this happened? Was Amy alive when they saw her? |

HINT: An analogy to the two "there"s would be if everyone was in a room, and Amy was on a couch in the room. But that's obviously not it. |

HINT: There are three relevant persons (or groups of people): One HTF (whom you have dubbed "Amy"), in the tree One HTM near the tree A mixed group of HTMs & HTFs, on the ground The mixed group was surprised to see Amy in the tree. Why? And what does the single HTM have to do with it? |

Sorry I missed these questions Was Amy physically impaired? Was she smaller than other teenagers? This. **********SPOILER********** This happened the summer before my ninth grade year, on a short-term missions project in Hartford. During one of our service projects, a bunch of the students there noticed a tree on the front lawn, and tried to climb it. However, all failed. My friend Melissa ("Amy" in the puzzle), who's done her share of tree-climbing, decided to give it a shot; however, she and I were much shorter than the other students. This was no problem, as she made it up the tree with the aid of a boost from me. Nice work everyone, and good solve Redwine. New puzzle shortly. |
