Is it an actual dog? A live dog? Can you see the dog during work? Hear it?
Are any Pokemon hunters involved? (sorry, I have to ask this, as I've been to a business trip in Göttingen a few months ago, and the customers' side had complained about Pokemon hunters running around outside the office and distracting them from work...)

The item she brought to the office was a dog leash? another dog accessory?
Does your coworker´s aunt asked her to do a specific routine with the dog?

********SPOILER********

I usually share an office with a co-worker of mine. However, she temporarily moved to an office in an adjacent building because she's taking care of her aunt's dog for a month and dogs are not allowed in our building. Now that I'm alone in the office, I tend to visit non-work sites (such as the LTPF or facebook) more often, which means that I'm less productive than before.
