Hi!

Is a game been played?
This time = is the result expected several times? If so does the event producing the result happen weekly? Daily? Monthly? Yearly? Can the outcome be observed in the same period span (is the outcome immediately subsequent to the event producing it or must someone wait for a time span to observe it...i.e. roll of a dice produces the outcome inmediately, weather forecasts after a day...)

Outcome = result of an action (e.g. roll of a dice?)? Result of a competition? Result of an experiment? Of an action governed by randomness? Gambling? Of a match?

Different = different than expected? If so, could the outcome be estimated/computed somehow?
Different = of a different shape? A different number? A different letter?

Is a game been played? Not really.
This time = is the result expected several times? Yes If so does the event producing the result happen weekly? Daily? Monthly? Yearly? Irrel Can the outcome be observed in the same period span (is the outcome immediately subsequent to the event producing it or must someone wait for a time span to observe it...i.e. roll of a dice produces the outcome inmediately, weather forecasts after a day...) Immediate

Outcome = result of an action Yes (e.g. roll of a dice? But not this)? Result of a competition? No Result of an experiment? Yope Of an action governed by randomness? No Gambling? Depends on who you ask Of a match? No

Different = different than expected? Yes If so, could the outcome be estimated/computed somehow? Yes, but beware of FA on this path
Different = of a different shape? A different number? A different letter? None of these

Astronauts relevant? First flight relevant?
Had the outcome ever complied with the expectation? If so several times (with humans trying it each time or could also have been animals?)? Also the last time it was performed the action? Is food relevant? Medical care? Pharma industry? Drugs? Electricity? Ice? Fire? Height? Technology?

Is Guinness world record relevant?

Is the action sonething that is considered dangerous? That is considered dangerous only if performed by someone who is not an expert?
Had the outcome been as expected, would it result in a new substance/product created? A development for humanity? A place been achieved? Someone surviving a dangerous stuntman action?

Astronauts relevant? First flight relevant? Good guesses, but no to both
Had the outcome ever complied with the expectation? Yes If so several times (with humans trying it each time or could also have been animals?)? Several times. Also the last time it was performed the action? If I understand what this question asks, yes. Is food relevant? Medical care? Pharma industry? Drugs? Electricity? Ice? Fire? Height? This, no to rest. Technology?

Is Guinness world record relevant? No

Is the action sonething that is considered dangerous? Not usually That is considered dangerous only if performed by someone who is not an expert? No
Had the outcome been as expected, would it result in a new substance/product created? Interesting idea, but no A development for humanity? Not as profound A place been achieved? No Someone surviving a dangerous stuntman action? Depends on who you ask

Budgee jumping relevant? Skydiving? Parkour? Jumping/ falling from an height? From a skyscreaper? From a mountain? Are bridges relevant? Sky? Ski? Is jumping from point A to point B relevant?

Are olympic games relevant? (E.g.Taking dips from a very heigh trampoline?)

To be sure: height in the common meaning of the term and not as, for instance, depth (e.g. two subs going deeper and deeper in the ocean)? Moreover: is the height the direct cause of the death of the man/woman (in the sense that he she fell from height; blood pressure caused an heart attack; he/she was frozen due to height...) or is it an indirect cause (e.g. something fell from a certain height on the head of the man/woman: e.g. I had a little WAG on the fact that someone made something fall from a certain height guessing that the object would not have fallen on the head of a man /woman that was "waiting" on a street the object to fall down, but the outcome was not as expected and the object fall in his/her head...for instance we can assume he/she was a physician trying to demonstrate a certain physical law to the students...)

Selfies/pics from height? Balance? Tightrope walkers relevant?
WAG: did someone try how resistant the glass windows of a skyscraper were? If so did he/she fall because the windows were resistant from the outside but not from the inside? (I'm thinking about bullet proofs windows...they are very resistant from the outside but can be easily break from the inside)

Selfies/pics from height? Balance? Tightrope walkers relevant? No to all

WAG: did someone try how resistant the glass windows of a skyscraper were? A bit off but very OTRT
If so did he/she fall because the windows were resistant from the outside but not from the inside? But no
(I'm thinking about bullet proofs windows...they are very resistant from the outside but can be easily break from the inside) Not this.

Is that supposed to say "win a prize?" Did anyone actually win a prize? Were they trying to?

Is that supposed to say "win a prize?" Ah my mistake. Yes, the title was supposed to say, win a prize. Although it would not make any substantial difference to the puzzle. Corrected. Did anyone actually win a prize? SVV of prize . Were they trying to? Definitely not.
