Fan: spinny windy? No Person? Yes Supporter? See next answer - he wasn't part of an organized Supporters Group if that's what you're asking. Fan of: a person? Band? Sports team? Possibly this Sport? But more generally this.
Those: objects? Concepts? Actions? Rules? None of these

Is the exact sport relevant? Is there more than one sport involved? A sport and a non-sporting activity?
Differing terms for the same thing relevant, ex. Soccer vs. Football? Same term for different things, ex. strike in baseball vs. strike in bowling?
Is the fan correct that they're the same thing? Confused?

Is the nationality of the fan relevant? Was he watching a sport on tv? At the stadium? Did he refer to something specifically related to one sport? If so was the match started? Was the match ended? Did he make the question during the game? Did he refer to something going on during the game? Did he refer to a referee decision? Relevant?
"Those" is referred to the same sport or to two different sports? To two actions/part of the same game?

Sport = tennis? Football? Soccer? Volley? Basket? Swimming? Baseball? An olympic game? Ski? Bob? Ping pong? Rugby? Martial arts? Others?
Was there a referee? A judge? Relevant?

Is the exact sport relevant? Not specifically the sport, no. Is there more than one sport involved? No. A sport and a non-sporting activity? No.
Differing terms for the same thing relevant, Yes, in a way. ex. Soccer vs. Football? But not like this. Same term for different things, ex. strike in baseball vs. strike in bowling? No.
Is the fan correct that they're the same thing? In a way, but not really. Confused? Possibly.

Those: phenomena? people? colours? prizes? No to all.

Edit: Realized I missed these:

Is the nationality of the fan relevant? Of the fan? No. Was he watching a sport on tv? No. At the stadium? Yes. Did he refer to something specifically related to one sport? In a way, but other sports would work too if certain criteria were met. If so was the match started? Was the match ended? Did he make the question during the game? This could happen at any point while he was at the stadium. Did he refer to something going on during the game? See previous question. Did he refer to a referee decision? No. Relevant?
"Those" is referred to the same sport or to two different sports? Not sure what you're asking here, possible FA. To two actions/part of the same game? it was part of the same game, yes.

Sport = tennis? Football? Soccer? Volley? Basket? Swimming? Baseball? This, though again, other sports would work if certain criteria were met. An olympic game? This would not work, though, even if it were baseball. Ski? Bob? Ping pong? Rugby? Martial arts? Others? It's highly unlikely the criteria would be met in swimming, bobsled, ping pong, martial arts, or tennis, but all of these except the Olympics could theoretically work under certain circumstances. However, to my knowledge there are no RL circumstances where this could work except in baseball. I could be wrong, though, so don't take this as absolute fact.
Was there a referee? A judge? Relevant? It was baseball, so there was an umpire.

Is the field where baseball is played relevant? Sides of the fields? Role of the players?
Advertisment? Are tickets relevant? Not that expert in baseball...however, are enetertainment s/sideshows been made in baseball? Relevant?

This could happen at any point while he was at the stadium --> so even when the game has not yet started?

Are mascots relevant? Accessories sold? Food?
Fouls relevant? Taking the ball?

Is the field where baseball is played relevant? Please clarify what you mean by this. Sides of the fields? As in foul territory? No. Role of the players? No.
Advertisment? No. Are tickets relevant? No. Not that expert in baseball...however, are enetertainment s/sideshows been made in baseball? Relevant? Irrelevant.

This could happen at any point while he was at the stadium --> so even when the game has not yet started? Correct.

Are mascots relevant? Accessories sold? Food?
Fouls relevant? Taking the ball? No to all of these.

Tools for basketball players relevant? Assuming you mean baseball, no. (And if for whatever reason you mean basketball, still no.) Bleachers? No.

Differing terms for the same thing relevant, Yes, in a way--> is the specific similarity: baseball - rugby? Baseball - football? Baseball -soccer? Huh? Baseball isn't called any of those things. Very much OTWT, possible FA. Others? See previous answer.

is it relevant that baseball is a team vs team sport? a type of sports where the players take turn to play? is the scoring system of the sports relevant? shape of the venue/stadium? of the seats (e.g. seats of different prices but are roughly the same distance to the action)? By the word "those", does the fan mean 2 things? 3? More? Is the anthem of any nation relevant?

Is the scheme (I mean the order) of players in the pitch relevant? Strategies? Tactics?
Is the fan referring to two physical things? If so two physical things belonging/referring to players? Belonging to the stadium? Were the players relevantly in the pitch when he said the puzzle sentence? Writings on the main entrance relevant? Writings in general relevant? Was the pitch used just to play baseball? Also for other sports? Relevant? "Visiting team" and "home team" writings relevant? E.g. a team having the same name of another one but being sorted as "visiting team" in a derby? Colors of opposing team relevant?

Did the fan go to a "local level" competition? A national level one? (E.g. if we were in basketball NBA) Relevant?

Is the scheme (I mean the order) of players in the pitch relevant? Not sure what you're asking here, but nothing about the players themselves is relevant. Strategies? No. Tactics? No.
Is the fan referring to two physical things? No, but.... If so two physical things belonging/referring to players? Still no, but.... Belonging to the stadium? Some physical thing belonging to the stadium is relevant. Were the players relevantly in the pitch when he said the puzzle sentence? No, again, this could have happened at any point while he was at the stadium. Writings on the main entrance relevant? No, but... Writings in general relevant? Yes Was the pitch used just to play baseball? Irrelevant, assume yes. Also for other sports? Relevant? "Visiting team" and "home team" writings relevant? Yes, though to be more accurate I'd need to know what you mean by "writings." E.g. a team having the same name of another one but being sorted as "visiting team" in a derby? This is kind of OTRT. Colors of opposing team relevant? No.

Did the fan go to a "local level" competition? A national level one? (E.g. if we were in basketball NBA) Relevant? Minor League Baseball, which typically has regional leagues. This could work with any league at any level provided certain criteria were met, but the criteria would not be met at any Major League Baseball game at the present time.

So are teams' names relevant? Yope. Entrance for fan of the visiting team and fan of the home team relevant? No, and such a thing doesn't generally exist in the USA (though that's irrelevant.) Are teams with the same name relevant? Yope, very OTRT.

Writings = banners? Team tools? T-shirts? Scarves? Name of the teams written somewhere outside of the pitch? If so on something? Are lights relevant? Fireworks? (Those things are produced by something physically present in the stadium, but per se are not physical things...) Coreographies? Grass of the stadium? Music relevant? Anthems?

Did he make the comparison among two things that he was able to see in that moment? A picture and sonething he was seeing?

Writings = banners? No. Team tools? No. T-shirts? No. Scarves? No. Name of the teams written somewhere outside of the pitch? You mean as opposed to on the field itself? No. (Those things are produced by something physically present in the stadium, but per se are not physical things...) Coreographies? Grass of the stadium? Music relevant? Anthems? No to all of these.

Names of the team somewhere relevant right? As written, the answer to this question is yes but beware FA. Full name? Yope as written, but beware same FA. Acronym? No. Symbol? No. Abbreviation? No
Name of the team on the monitor relevant See next paragraph. (e.g. it displayed the players role in the pitch)? Nothing like this - nothing about the individual players is relevant.

Scoreboard relwvant? YES! Comparison with the stadium of another team relevant? No. Name of the stadium relevant? No.
