[IrishElk] Fowaslia {Neologism}

Postby irishelk » Sun Apr 14, 2019 1:22 pm

I most commonly experience fowaslia when I need to buy something out of the ordinary, though I have also felt fowaslia while traveling or being entertained. Where does fowaslia hit you?

Is it pleasant? Is it an emotion? Can it hit you when you buy something extraordinary without needing to do do?

Is it pleasant? No. Is it an emotion? I'll say no, you could call it a "feeling." Can it hit you when you buy something extraordinary without needing to do do? No (or this would not cause the fowaslia).

Is it the kind of feeling where you feel prickling at the back of your neck? Fear, foreboding, doom, trepidation, guilt, je-nais-ce-quoi (a feeling where you can't put your finger on it)? Might others get a similar feeling, a different feeling, no feeling at all? Is 'fowaslia' an acronym, anagram, or just a random word you made up?

Is it the kind of feeling where you feel prickling at the back of your neck? Fear, foreboding, doom, trepidation, guilt, je-nais-ce-quoi (a feeling where you can't put your finger on it)? Similar, in that it is not a feeling for which there is a standard English word. Uneasiness is likely, fear or doom would be a bit of an overreaction.
Might others get a similar feeling, a different feeling, no feeling at all? Definitely. Fowaslia describes the specific situation, but the emotional reaction to it will vary.
Is 'fowaslia' an acronym, anagram, or just a random word you made up? Sloppy acronym. =)
