[mangoman!] Where Screams Come True

Postby mangoman! » Mon Oct 14, 2019 2:41 pm

A woman sets off on a trip to Walt Disney World. Shortly after arriving in Florida, she calls the police. Why?

Hi, Mangoman!

Is it relevant that she wanted to go to Disney World? Is it relevant how far she gets before making the call? Is she still on the plane? At the airport? At her hotel/accommodation? En route?

Is this an emergency call? Has she discovered a crime? Has something happened to her or her family Is this some sort of scam or ruse?

Is her manner of arrival relevant? If so, does she take a plane? Other land public transport? Does she drive? Walk? Swim?

Did she call the police after arriving at Disney World? While en route? If she flew/took a train/whatever, while still at the Orlando airport/train station? If driving, shortly after crossing the state line? If so, would you accept the [LTPF list of states that border Florida] so I don't have to find a map?

Welcome, Man of Mangoes!

Did she travel with others? Did the something just happen to her? To a spouse? To a child? To other family members? To everyone on the trip?

Was she (or the person to whom something happened) scammed/tricked? Were they physically injured? Were they robbed? Does she think there is a security threat?

Did she end up where she intended to go?

Welcome to the forum!

Could this have happenes at a train station? Were they exchanged to someone else? Were they injured by someone they knew? Was she relevantly divorced? Did she set up the trip without asking the opinion of someone relevant? Did she injured herself? Dis she had a discussion? Luggages relevant? Could this have happened during the return journey? At the same airport? At the airport were she originally took off to go to Florida? If not, has a specific law of Florida been beoken? Or maybe a law for which Florida has more severe punishments?

Could this have happened if they were visiting somewhere else in the Orlando area rather than Disney World? If they lived in Orlando and drove to the airport to pick up a friend/family member? Relevant which Orlando airport they flew into?

WAG: Relevant that Orlando's main airport has airport code MCO, which some people joke stands for Mickey's Corporate Office? Probably not, but since we're talking about the Orlando airport, I wanted to put that out there.

Was her child kidnapped? Intentionally attacked? Accidentally injured? Killed? Was the woman hurt at all? If so, in the same way as the child?

Did the child get on the plane with the woman? Get off with her? Stay at home?
Was there anyone else relevant in their party? Any animals relevant?

Did the child get on the conveyor belt (I think this us the name for the belt where luggages are recovered by people after the flight right?)? Did the child take the luggage of someone else? Did the mother? Was the child hurt by a luggage?

Someone they knew = father of the child? Someone they knew personally? Someone representing someone they knew (e.g. a man in costume?)? Someone who took the airplain with them? Someone who was waiting them at the airport? A relative? A friend? A collegue of the mother? Another child? Someone that had the intention to kill/hurt/injur?

Relevant that baggages left unattended are usually disposed by the police? Constraints on baggage's weight relevant? Metal detectors relevant? Security measures in airports? Falling down the landed airplane (e.g. down the stairs)?
