Ok, since I have a criminal mind, I thought about another possible workaround on OAATP rules: what if I comment without asking if someone else ask a question? Like for instance "maybe someone else could ask whether he ..." ? I'll allow it, but it would be entirely up to the other forum user whether or not they actually went ahead and asked the question.
Assuming that he drives the car and he had not enough money to buy an house both correct, does he use his car only as an house no or as: a mean of transport? for his work (e.g. Uber yes, this or taxi driver; police officer; for advertising a shop through the car; Google Earth cars; pilot... )? for occupying parking lots? for following someone? for transporting something/someone? for not being noticed/seen? as part of a costume? for deliveries? and this - Uber Eats was the real-world scenario
***** SPOILER *****
The man is poor and lives in his car. He takes on delivery gig work during the day, and uses his earnings to find a comfortable place to sleep at night (with showers, washing machines, wifi access etc).
Congratulations to Earnest on the solution, and GalFisk on the lion's share of the legwork.
