Her = Inez? Someone else?
Did Inez moving her head signify something to Aric? Moving head - to the left? Right? Up? Down? Moving once? Back and forth? Shaking her head?

Moved her head: looked somewhere? Traveled? Made a gesture or signal? Triggered an event? WAG: was Aric an ICU nurse watching over Inez, and when Inez moved her head, she didn't need to be monitored as closely?

Inez = H/A/F? Aric = H/A/M?

Does Aric see Inez move her head? If so, does he see her in person? a recording of her?

Is Inez at work when this happens? Is Aric?
