By punching a hole in the rotator and spinning it, as in a zoetrope? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zoetrope

By punching a hole in the rotator and spinning it, as in a zoetrope? Yes but not what I had in mind, the solution is something else

Is the rotation mechanical? Electrical? Electronic? Mathematical? Do the patterns repeat in space? Time? 2D? 3D? Crystals relevant? Time crystals? Phase locked loops? Are the patterns audible? Visible? Persistence of vision relevant? Stroboscopic effects? Are the rotations repeating? Time/frequency domain transformation relevant? Particle spin? MRI?

Is the rotation mechanical? Electrical? Electronic? Mathematical? None of these, but "Electrical" and "Mathematical" are somewhat close Do the patterns repeat in space? Time? 2D? 3D? Crystals relevant? Time crystals? Phase locked loops? None of these Are the patterns audible? Visible? Persistence of vision relevant? Stroboscopic effects? Are the rotations repeating? No to allTime/frequency domain transformation relevant? YesParticle spin?Yesish MRI?No

Is it mental? Biological? Astronomicl? Is it performed by humans? Animals? Resonance relevant? Frequencies? Harmonics?

Are the frequencies in the area of: mHz? Hz? kHz? MHz? GHz? THz? More? Less? Are they frequencies of sound? Electromagnetic radiation? Are they made by humans? Living things? Astronomical bodies? Such as pulsars?

This is all probably beyond me, but I'll take a shot

Repeating patterns: the frequencies? are these patterns theoretical? Mathematical? Observed based on an actual phenomenon? If so, natural? microscopic? electrical? Human-related (e.g. stock market)?

Things that perform rotations: electrons? photons?

Did they perform rotations regularly? Following a pattern? Is the pattern: linear? Wave-like? Random? Functional?

Do the things perform rotations on the same plane? Can we assume that ideally they perform circular rotations? Elliptical? Others (curvilinear...)?
Earthquakes misurazione relevant?

atoms relevant? Relevant that particles behave both as matter and as waves?

WAG: compass relevant? It is circular and the needle performs circular patterns. At the end it indicates a pattern which could be a route or whatever...
