Morgan lives in Germany, while Damian lives in the Netherlands. She buys something from Damian on ebay, not realizing he's in a different country. Luckily, Damian lives close enough to the German border that he can just cycle to the closest German post office and drop off the parcel there. This saves Morgan the difference between international and domestic shipping.
