Is there something that makes the parking spaces difficult to get into or out of?
So is it correct to say that if several vehicles wanted to park in such a lot, and the ground was covered with snow, those vehicles would have to make a guess as to where the actual markings were? And when the snow melted it would show that the vehicles were not aligned in the spaces?
Should the lot have been plowed in order to not have snow accumulate?

And when the snow melted it would show that the vehicles were not aligned in the spaces? The snow part of the puzzle has been solved. We're now trying to solve the greed part. If a parking lot affected by the greed was also affected by snow, the snow would make the greed part moot.
Should the lot have been plowed in order to not have snow accumulate? See above.

"If a parking lot affected by the greed was also affected by snow..." For some reason my brain doesn't want to decipher the wording of this...

So it would be possible, on a bright and sunny summer day, for someone to pull into a parking place in a relevant lot but yet not park within the designated spaces?
Or would this happen if a person parked there at night, when they couldn't see, and the light of day revealed that the vehicle(s) was/weren't parked properly within spaces? So this could be solved by putting lights in the parking lot so that if someone parked there at night they could see where the space markings were? But the greed comes into play because the lot's owner is too cheap to put lights in the lot?

We use words differently here on the LTPF

SPOILER
I live in Sweden. Spring and fall both have several days where the ground is covered by snow in the morning when everyone gets to work, but thaws during the day. The cars will then be standing willy-nilly across the neat and clearly visible lines on the ground.
A low price food chain opened a store in the place I lived a few years ago. Their new parking lot had really tight parking spaces in order to fit more cars in a small area. If one person parked crooked, or had too big a car, it would cause a chain reaction of misaligned cars down the lot.
Thanks for playing!
