A swimming pool? No to bothA garden? DOYC of garden. It had a well-kept yard and large shade trees, but not a flower or veggie garden, as such.Was it an ancient house? Older but not ancient. Might help to narrow down the age of the house, or might not.Any mortgage relevant? There is a mortgage.Any animal/pet in the house? n.r.Can we assume that the house was a normal house? That the design/the interior were normal (meaning not containing for instance unusual rooms as collections' rooms, museums, libraries...)? Can we assume that the house had a kitchen, a bedroom a bathroom and a living room? You can assume it had all these, and at least one bedroom and one bathroom.Other rooms relevant? Had the house a relevant shape? No unusual shape. A relevant cost?Assume the asking prikce was reasonable for a house of this description.
Did visitors know that the house belonged also to the mum and that they need to sell it for financial reasons? n.r. Did they inherit the house? Her mother, who bought the house, is still alive, so Joan has not inherited, nor did her mother inherit it. Did the mum purchase the house in the past? Yes.Did the dad? No/n.r.Was the house: a flat? An apartment? A villa? An independent house? Don't know what a 'villa' is in your country. It is a single-family house on it's own lot.Others? Had visitors something in common (e.g. religion? Culture? Hobby?Money? Passion for something?) n.r. ? Would they have exploited the house? If so, would they have left it as it was? Changed it? Demolished it? Replaced it with something else? who knows? Relevant? No.Was the house close to something relevant? Close to a church? In a strategic place for making businesses? It is fairly close to what you might call 'tourist attractions.'
Was the house meant to be demolished had it not be sold? I hope not! It's a very nice house.
