So, sorry, yes to ascend or also to elevator vs stairs in the third question?

Ascend = are gym's tools relevant? E.g. conveyor belt/stairs put at a certain slope? And maybe destination = reaching a certain goal (number of miles walked)?
We can assume same speed right? So is one step of A = one step of B in terms of distance travelled? (On the contrary for instance A is shorter than B so that a single step of B coincides with 2 steps of A) If so, is the difference in the path followed by one of the two (e.g. A) with respect to B? Do they walk on something steep? If so, same steepness for the two? relevant? Are astronauts relevant? Laws of physics? Did they make many steps from their starting point to their destination?
Did they ascend: a natural slope? Did they walk inside something that was ascending to the sky? Did they jump? Did they ascend in altitude? From the level of the sea?
